FAQ / Support

Keeping with TSC’s philosophy of service to our communities, we are continuing to partner with the community for local store events. Here we answer your questions regarding registration, what’s involved, donations, space, and the presence of live animals.

Are we allowed to bring animals on site?

Yes! Leashed pets are always welcome at TSC stores. Ask your store manager or event captain about accommodating specific animals for the event. All animals are welcome unless state laws prohibit animals in store.

Yes, as long as you have cleared this with the TSC store manager and the activity is not otherwise prohibited.

Can we come on a different date?

Currently, only the events listed on this site are planned for specific dates on a national level. Stores have the discretion to plan additional Farmers Market, Pet Adoptions, or other events at other times of year that do not conflict with national chain events. Please discuss other opportunities directly with the store of your choice.

Do we have to be an organization to participate?

There is no requirement for you to be an organization or business to participate. Just enter n/a or none in the Organization name field when registering.

Final decisions about the types of partners at events are left to the discretion of the store managers and event coordinators. Some stores are limited to event rules set by their store locations for which we are unaware at the national level, too.

What are the rules and regulations?

Please register on the site to begin the conversation with the local store manager and store event coordinator. The Event Partners site helps match partners with stores but we do not coordinate the details or know the local regulations for each store. We leave that to the discretion of the local store team coordinating the local event.

What are the vendor size spaces, set-up times, etc. at my local store?

If you are a vendor and have questions regarding the space size, setup or event times, and other specific details for the event at your local Tractor Supply store, please contact the store directly. The event details for each store vary according to local needs and ordinances. An email with set-up times, event times, and a few other details will be sent to you if the store accepts your registration.

What if the store I want to register for already has a group signed up for an event?

If there are other area locations with no group registered, it is preferred that you cover another location. If all area locations are covered, most TSC locations should be able to accommodate multiple groups. It will be up to you and the TSC manager to reach an agreement.

What is involved?

Commitment to be present at a store on the chosen date. Most stores are open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Although you are not required to be there for the full day, you are welcome to be. Once you have signed up, you will coordinate details, including the specific event hours, with the local store manager or event captain. You are welcome to bring materials about your organization to hand out. Any space requirements, special needs, and details should be worked out before the event with the store manager or event captain. If multiple groups attend a single store, additional tables/chairs may be needed.

Will we be given space inside or outside of the store?

This will vary by location. TSC will work to accommodate your group to the best of our ability. Please work with your local store manager or event captain to arrange space, times, etc.
